Hospice's Care team is here to help whenever a person is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. Our team consists of a palliative care physician, nurse educators, social workers, pastoral care workers and trained volunteers.

We support with your living from the point of diagnosis on.

We offer the following free services:

  • Personalized support and care in your own homes, hospital or long-term care room
  • Pain and Symptom Clinic (requires physician referral)
  • Individual and Group Counseling to help individuals, family members and friends cope with the illness
  • Ways to reduce stress and increase comfort through massage, tai chi, therapeutic touch, art and more
  • Transportation to medical appointments

  • Help accessing services available in the community
